Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run a free audit tool and a workspace product: the URLs you ask us to audit, the email address you choose to leave for a report or a skill download, and account details if you create a workspace. We don’t run third-party ad trackers, we don’t sell data, and every audit email carries one-click unsubscribe and one-click erase links.

Audit URLs. When you run the free audit, we fetch and analyze the URL you enter. The URL and its scores are processed to produce your report.

Email capture (optional). If you leave your email after an audit, we store the address, the audited URL, and the score so we can send the full report and a weekly re-check. That’s the whole use. Every email includes an unsubscribe link (stops the weekly re-check) and a delete link (erases the record entirely).

Skill downloads (optional). If you request a Claude skill from our free library, we store your address and which skill you asked for, and email you the file’s download link. We may send occasional GrowthBerry updates to that address; every such email will carry an unsubscribe, and the delivery email itself includes a one-click erase link that removes your whole skill-download record.

Workspace accounts. If you sign in, we store your email and workspace membership. Sign-in is by one-time email link — we never store passwords.

Performance measurement. We collect first-party web-vitals beacons (page speed metrics) and anonymous event counts to see what’s slow and what’s used. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.

We set only functional cookies: authentication (your sign-in session and active workspace), and an experiment-variant cookie so page tests stay consistent for you. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Hosting and analytics run on Vercel; our database is Supabase (Postgres); transactional email is sent through Resend. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Square or Stripe — card details go to them directly and never touch our servers.

Unsubscribe: one click in any email stops the weekly re-check.

Erase: the delete link in any email removes the whole record it names, immediately — for audit emails: your address, audited URLs, and delivery history; for skill emails: your address and skill-download history.

Ask us: email hello@growthberry.ai to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. We answer promptly and don’t make you jump through hoops.

Audit email records and skill-download records live until you erase them or ask us to remove them. Workspace data lives while the workspace exists. Operational logs age out on our providers’ standard windows.

If this policy changes materially we’ll note it here with a new effective date, and — for anything affecting the audit email list — say so in the next email you receive.
