v0.3 — The whole platform: visibility, tools, MCP, and the berry-dusk face
The Patch got its shell: a berry-dusk workspace with Overview, Jam Session, Backlinks, AI Visibility, Authority Cockpit, Proof Graph, and a workspace switcher. Guides review beside a Ripeness panel — the production validators re-run live, so a green check is a machine fact, not a stored badge.
AI Visibility shipped end-to-end: per-prompt visibility, sentiment, most-visible brand, a workspace leaderboard, top cited sources, a full prompt drill-down, and the Answer Gap score that tells the planner what to plant next.
Distribution went AI-native: six free tools (robots.txt AI-crawler checker, sitemap/meta/H1 checkers, llms.txt generator), a public Trust page per tenant, and the GrowthBerry MCP server — connect it to Claude or Cursor and run our audits from inside your assistant.
The marketing site got the berry-dusk treatment: product-frame hero, in-card feature visuals, a success wall that reads live from production (no testimonials until they're real), a real governed draft shown with its real validator score, and a single-field audit that runs the moment you land.

v0.2 — The Authority Orchard opens, Juice gets a store, autopilot gets brakes
The Authority & Citation Builder foundation is live: opportunities (Fresh Picks), placements with retention monitoring, a publisher marketplace queue, and campaign escrow — with the lane rules enforced by the database itself. Every compensated placement is rel="sponsored"; no toggle exists.
Juice Credits grew a full economy: plan tiers with monthly issuance, add-on packs via Stripe, and an append-only ledger where every movement — granted, planted, released, spent, refunded — is a row you can audit.
Gated Autopilot shipped: the engine plans, generates, and measures on its own; a human approval is the only manual step, and it publishes instantly. Publishing now dispatches through governed adapters (hosted, webhook, WordPress) with every delivery on the record.

GrowthBerry's core loop runs end to end: verified fact packs (no facts, no page), a planner that seeds topic clusters, a hardened generation pipeline on claude-opus-4-8, the Jam Session adjudication gate (nothing publishes unapproved), and ISR guide pages with Article + FAQPage schema, per-tenant sitemaps, and llms.txt.
The first tenant is legaldraft.io, with residential-lease law packs for Florida, Texas, California, and New York — every citation verbatim from the statutes, verified against primary sources the day they were curated.
The free AI Answer Authority Audit shipped the same day — and graded our own placeholder homepage an honest F. Three releases later the real homepage scores 74 and climbing. The engine eats its own cooking.
